EVENT RENTAL SPACE

When the Senior’s Centre is not being utilized for our senior activities we can provide you with rental event space for weddings, corporate events/meetings, funerals, and family/community events. We are centrally located at 1401 9th Street South with lots of parking, the centre is accessible with front entrance automatic doors and has wheelchair accessible washrooms. We have a seating capacity for 150 people (COVID Restrictions may change this). Included in your event Rental Agreement is the use of 40 rectangle tables and 127 cushioned chairs. A fully functioning portable PA System along with a pull-down screen and projector for video and pictures is also included, please speak to our coordinator for these items.
Available for an extra fee is a fully functioning catering kitchen located in the main hall with a convenient kitchen access window to the hall for serving. We have a commercial stove/grill/oven, multiple refrigerators, and a commercial grade dishwashing machine. The Catering Kitchen includes use of dishes, cutlery, coffee and tea makers and cooking pots.

For your convenience prebooked janitorial services for after event clean up can be arranged at an extra charge. Please be sure to include this option in your Rental Agreement.
Current COVID Restrictions apply, you will be required to have a COVID Safety Plan for your event.
